Hope Enterprises is a local civil society organization which was stablished in 1971. As a pioneering national NGO, it has been serving the needy through transformational investment operating Seven branches and area projects in different regions and a university college in Addis Ababa City administration. Hope Enterprises signed a contractual agreement to implement a project with other partner organizations. The project is called SEED and focuses on sustainable employment through entrepreneurship and business development with a nationwide anchoring of vocational training institutions. The organization is seeking two skilled manpower to be directly involved with the SEED Project .

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA/ MA in accounting and Finance, Business management or related field.

Experience 

• 7/5 years ,prior experience in senior management finance position 

 Language requirement and other skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English and , Amharic 

• Strong donor and funder management experience

• Proficiency with computerized financial system
