Coca Cola Vacancy Fresh Graduates 2023 (Graduate-In-Trainee)

East Africa Bottling Share Company (EABSC), a subsidiary of CCBA, is the largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia, having served the country for more than 60 years.

We are the eighth largest Coca-Cola bottling partner worldwide by revenue and the biggest on the continent, accounting for about 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes sold in Africa. We employ more than 17,000 people and our 40 bottling plants service over 680,000 customer outlets.

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are prepared to work with passion and focus and who want to join our Graduate-in-Trainee Program.

The program will provide graduates with an opportunity to be trained for a maximum of eighteen months on in- house, external and practical training programs. while spending 70% of their training programs on the job with close coaching and mentoring with seasoned professionals and in classroom training to help them acquire comprehensive technical and soft skills.  

The Graduate-in-Trainees will be on training for a period of 12–18 months. During this period, trainees are exposed to different functions of the company to get oriented with the overall operation with a detailed focus on their areas of specialization and will be offered employment in different positions suitable to their qualification upon their successful completion of the program.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Applicants must be Ethiopian nationals.

2. Assessments will be administered in four different locations for shortlisted candidates. Kindly specify your convenient location for exam in the application questions section.

4. It is mandatory to attach your  temporary certificate of graduation when you apply.

Job requirements

Skills, Experience & Education:

Only prospective graduates after 2015 E.C and 2023G.C in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Industrial Engineering with a CGPA of 2.75 and above  will be considered.

2.75 CGPA is the minimum requirement to apply for the role (the company may decide/change the minimum CGPA for shortlisting based on the number of applicants).
