Job Description

Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Run errands while maintaining professional composure

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

  • Announcing clients as necessary.

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Required Competencies:

  • Good in communication skills

  • Good at keeping records

  • Flexible and ability to work under pressure.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study

  • Language- English Speakers mandatory

Experience:

  • 0-3 years in a similar role
