MA or BA Degree in Sociology, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Psychology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to reach and engage with youth in the target communities. - Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about the community service, youth employment and livelihood program. - Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and events to mobilize and involve youth.

Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which of 10 years in a supervisory capacity. Fluent in English and local language/s, both spoken and written.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the strategic vision for Heifer International at the country level under the Africa Regional priorities and align it with government and donor priorities.  - In collaboration with the Regional Office, lead the Country Office's annual business planning process.   - Ensure the cascade of the country business plans, monitoring and reviewing performance against business plans for successful delivery e.g Monitoring & delivering on Burn rates targets in a nimble & agile way.  

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Public Health, Health Education, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the Woreda PHEM team in preparedness, response, and recovery efforts at the community and facility levels. - Contribute to surveillance, reporting, and other key PHEM functions in collaboration with woreda health authorities. - Strengthen and mobilize community structures to support MNCH, nutrition, and immunization programs.

BA Degree in Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Identify and assess vulnerable and economically disadvantaged families. - Evaluate patients’ financial status and recommend appropriate discount levels or assistance programs. - Develop and implement transparent, equitable criteria for discount allocation in coordination with clinic management.

Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Conducting specific Gambella based research, data collection, analysis, monitoring, fact- finding and documentation of information pertaining to the Safeguards arena; - Ensure that there is an appropriate FPIC process with community engagement; - Ensure that identified safeguards internal and external reporting are properly written, with relevant and appropriate indicators;
