Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team and take ownership of the digital marketing efforts for our Smart ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) product. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our Smart ERP product, drive lead generation, sales revenue and enhance customer engagement. You will leverage various digital channels and tactics specific to the ERP industry to effectively reach our target audience and achieve marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP software and digital marketing techniques.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for promoting our Smart ERP product, including defining target audience segments, positioning, and messaging.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as websites, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising, to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in the ERP industry. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.

  • Create and optimize engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including website pages, landing pages, blog posts, and whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our Smart ERP product.

  • Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking. Continuously analyze campaign results and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns, track lead interactions, and facilitate lead handoff to the sales team.

  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and other relevant data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product features, sales processes, and customer needs.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and ERP software. Apply this knowledge to propose and implement innovative marketing strategies that differentiate our Smart ERP product in the market.

  • Stay informed about data privacy regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing activities, ensuring all campaigns and activities adhere to legal and ethical standards

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in promoting software products, particularly ERP systems.

  • Strong understanding of the ERP industry, including key market trends, challenges, and customer needs.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, marketing automation systems, CRM software, and content management systems (CMS).

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing strategies and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored for the ERP industry and effectively communicate complex concepts.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skill's

  • Certifications in digital marketing, inbound marketing, or related fields are a plus.
