Major Duties and responsibilities:

 ·         Photocopies materials in accordance with the orders and right number of copies as requested;

·         Distribute photocopied materials to concerned persons;

·         Binds or staples duplicated materials in accordance with instructions;

·         Maintain updated photocopy log sheet and records quantity of paper used for photocopying materials;

·         Handles and maintains photocopying machine properly;

·         Ensures there is adequate supply of papers, ink and all other items and the proper utilization of same;

·         Make request for supply of stationary materials such as papers, ink and all other items required for proper functioning of the photocopy machine and supply of the required service;

·         Performs routine work like collecting and delivering documents and materials to and within different work units/departments;

·         Perform other related tasks as assigned to him/her by the immediate supervisor. 

Job Requirements

* 8th Grade and 0 years of experience,

* 5th Grade and 2 years of experience
