About the Job
The job holder takes and confirms reservations for transportation or lodging, or sells transportation tickets. May check baggage and direct passengers to designated concourse, pier, or track; deliver tickets and contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours; or provide tourists with travel or transportation information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Women Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive travel experience.
