Job Description
Atkena Trading is an Ethiopian company that introduces Zoza Cab; a ride-sharing service that offers safe, secure, and comfortable rides at an incredibly low cost. Atkena is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Call Center Agent to join our team playing a key role in advertising and registering customers for the sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out, engage and register potential customers.
Visit our customers in person as required and when necessary and promote our products for customers.
Making sales calls to new and existing clients.
Arranging sales visits with prospective clients.
Present and promote the company's online platforms to existing and prospective clients.
Cold call, follow up and support our sales from office in a regular and continual basis.
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
Provide online support on system and mobile applications.
Reply all customers inquiries and deliver proper support accordingly through phone.
Build and Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
BA in Marketing Management & Sales or related fields with 2 years of experience in a similar role. (Experience working in call center/sales especially in the transport industry is highly preferable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and target driven
