Major responsibilities

• Guide the Marketing Team in planning. Developing, and Implementing marketing strategies that help improve customer base

• Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services.

• Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimize campaigns with a targeted approach.

• Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns on social media platforms

• Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market platforms.

Job Requirement

Qualification & Work Experience:

• A. Degree or above in Marketing and related fields,  Minimum of 3 years or above in related work

• Special Training & other skill: Excel, computer literate, etc

• Language Proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic, English
