Qualifications:
Experience in office organization
Experience with interior design is a plus
Strong organizational management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the office environment
Create and implement a system for organizing and filing documents and other materials
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to provide office services
Design and update the office’s interior decor
Create & maintain a comfortable work environment
