Job Requirement

Job Specification: MSc or BSc Degree in Nursing or related fields of study and 4/2 years of relevant work experience and Competence in MS Office and training in Counseling.

Job Summary:

• Managing and leading all program activities of the Branch Office.

• Provide and coordinate STI, HCT, PMTCT, Family Planning, SRH Counseling and ANC Services both on site and outreach

• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annually action plan and report

• Monitor and supervise all clinical activities and outreach services

• Provide technical support for clinical and other concerned staff

• Conduct follows up and provides necessary support for community volunteers

• Coordinate all Drop-in center/Clinical and information center activities

• Coordinate and closely work with stakeholders and project partners

• Facilitate different trainings and peer session

• Must able to computerizes documentation & keep up-dated data

• Encourage all clinical staff and volunteers to adhere to the highest standard client care & conduct regular review

• Perform other duties assigned by Branch Manager

Certification and Skill

• Certificate in HCT/HIV Counseling and testing, family planning, STI

• Renewed professional license

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill

• Basic Computer and HMIS data entry skill,

• Good in time management
