Job Description
The Legal Manager's main duties will include line management of a team of staff, supervision of their casework and clinic casework to Advice Quality Standard and induction and training of new team members.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience Requirements: LLM/LLB degree in Law or related field of study with 6years of relevant experience on conducting legal research and contract Drafting.
Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus] Leadership Competencies [Planning, priority Setting, Building team, decision Quality, Drive for Results] and Functional Competencies[high technical expertise in conducting Legal research, Contract drafting, Knowledge of general Business Law, and commercial contracts law, third party, fiscal law, and corporate records management]
Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.
