Job Requirement

• Education & Experience Requirements: MA/MBA/MSc/BA degree in Management/Economics/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 7years or 9years of relevant banking experience for MA or BA respectively out of which 3years is management level experience.  Only applicants who have enterprise Risk Management experience will be considered.

• Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus] Leadership Competencies [Planning, priority Setting, Building team, decision Quality, Drive for Results] and Functional Competencies[Analysis skill, risk mitigation solutions, conducting cost-benefits analyses, and implementing programs for loss control and insurance]

• Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.
