Job Description

The Corporate Export manager administers all exports of the company and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions. Manages all communication with customers, agents, transistors, Banks for all export transactions. Operates on a short-, medium- and long-term export plans and submits a periodic performance report. In charge of all Exports of the company including, but not limited to Bottles, Beer, Wines, etc. to the rest of the world. Monitor all existing and prospective export markets and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads and develop the Corporate Export function.

  • Develop strategic and operating export plans to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources to support Export business.

  • Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements.

  • In charge of all Exports of the company including, but not limited to Bottles, Beer, Wines, etc. to the rest of the world.

  • Propose and implement prices that will ensure the export business’ profitability as well as for the further entry and expansion of export markets and recruitment of Distributors/Importers.

  • Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries,

  • Develop a sourcing strategy for all exports in close cooperation with the stakeholders.

  • Maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders -customers, agents, transiters, Banks etc.

  • Manage sales contract (of beer and wine) with our international agents.

  • Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and ensure adherence to all shipping schedules.

  • Prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method.

  • Negotiate with various entities such as shippers, agents and vendors for better rate.

  • Monitoring and forecasting of inventories that are relevant for export.

  • Monitor all existing and prospective export markets and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients.

  • Collect market dynamics and stay up to date with trends and risks of the market.

  • Develop Export opportunity assessment.

  • Analyze and identify opportunities to maximize export revenue.

  • Preparation of proposals for new orders or change of the orders in progress based on the achievements in terms of production and sales.

  • Hold monthly stakeholders’ meetings.

  • Develop and maintain customers list and update on a regular basis.

  • Leads the Export Logistics Optimization Initiative

  • Develop the Monthly export report.

  • Develop periodic performance and status report.

Job Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of international business operation

  • Good knowledge of Marketing and sales activities

  • Solid understanding of international logistics and in country custom and finance regulations.

  • Good team player with the ability to motivate and persuade others.

  • Good understating of applications systems such as SAP, sage etc.

  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills,

  • Leadership Competencies

 Education

  • MA or Batchelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related fields

Experience

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in supply chain, sales or any related roles.
