TAPU Foods is a business entity engaged in Ethiopian traditional food processing and distribution, to all our customers and expected to be diversified into other related business ventures.

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Manager to join us.

Description of the Role

To lead and coordinate our company’s and leased properties proper management, look after utilities, lead and supervise company store and assets, manage and coordinate physical security, cleaning, gardening and liaison functions to the smooth functioning of overall company business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design a robust property management plan

  • Manage company properties and leased properties

  • Inspect and arrange office spaces

  • Inspect and arrange buildings and structures to decide the need for repairs or renovations

  • Make sure all company fixed and variable assets (vehicles, furniture, electronic and electrical devices and equipment, machines are registered and do periodic and other inventories.

  • Leads overall premises and office security, cleaning, gardening canteen; store and Liaison activities of TAPU

  • which the details include the daily assignment and supervision of security personnel at all location, making sure all company premises, working spaces and other rooms are clean and neat, canteen spaces are proper and best utilized,

  • Make sure all regulatory and compliance issues are settled and renewed on time such as trade licenses, property lease and holding, various utilities at processing plants, offices, outlets etc.

  • other statuary issues Prepares periodic and situational reports

  • All company’s property insurance coverages

Reports to:  HR, Procurement and Logistics Director

Level:  Senior (5+ Years)

Location:  Addis Ababa

Job Requirements

Expected Background

  • MA/Msc, BA in Management, Business Administration, Logistics or any other similar field of study

  • Have a demonstrated and progressive Transport and Maintenance management experience at a  supervisory and managerial level

  • Proven working experience internal and external multi stakeholders

  • Verbal and Written communication skill both in Amharic and English

  • Best documentation ability both hard and electronic

  • Familiar with his roles regulatory requirements.

  • Team Work, coaching and proactive nature are essentials
