Job Description
Administrative assistants provide administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
Required Educational Qualification and Work Experience: Diploma/BA Degree In Secretarial Science And Office Management Or Administrative Secretary Or Administrative Office And Secretarial Technology Or Office Administration And Secretarial Technology Or Customer Contact And Secretarial Operations Coordination And Office Management Or Administrative Secretary Or Administrative Office And Secretarial Technology Or Office Administration And Secretarial Technology Or Customer Contact And Secretarial Operations Coordination with 5/3 Years of Related Experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa Districts(Kaliti District, Kolfe District, Megenagna District, MerkatoDistrict and Kirkos District) and Outlying Districts (Mekelle District, Hossana District, ,Nekemte District, Dilla District, Mettu District, Shashemene District, Assela District, Woldia District and Robe District)
