Job Requirements
Qualification:
At least B A degree in Business Administration/Management/Economics and other related fields.
At least 7 years practical experience in real-estate Marketing, Promotion and Sales consultancy/operation sector.
Expected lists of utility based deliverables but not limited to:
Conduct relevant market study and timely update bench mark construction costs and product selling prices
Propose, Design and lead relevant marketing and promotional tasks and assignments
Establish sales strategy and lead the objective based sales activity and sales team
Recruit, mentor and manage sales team members.
