Job Summery
The Office Engineer responsible to measure the financial and physical performance of project against targets and proper utilization of resources to maximize profitability of projects. He/she is also expected to have professional experience to handle construction project site works Job Requirement
Main duties and responsibilities
• Prepares Bill of quantity, materials for every site;
• prepares, reviews & approves agreements;
• Ability to give technical support for construction project site work
• Takes measurements of any work on every site for preparing payment, for material requesting documentation;
• Prepares master schedule and monthly schedule for every project;
• Prepares sub-contractors payment, analyzing variations, claims in every project every two weeks.
• Prepares or approving temporary sub-contractors payments in every project; Qualification & Work Experience
• BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other similar fields with a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience
