v    Preparing documents to register in-coming and out-going finished products and presenting them to immediate supervisor. 

v    Keeping record of incoming and out-going finished products on property control card; and calculating the balance

v    Preparing delivery forms for finished products to be stored.

v    Request and receive raw material and packing material from store

v    Record and report daily, weekly, monthly ,quarterly and annual generated waste

v    Control all logbook regarding daily production

v    Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual raw material and packing material consumption report.

v    Perform daily, weekly and monthly finished goods transfer report.

v    Monitor raw material and packing material at production floor.

v    Control or monitor proper utilization of both raw and packing material

v    Undertaking additional activities as suggested by immediate supervisor.

v    Performs related duties as assigned or as situations dictate.                       

Job Requirements

• College Diploma/TVET Min Level IV graduates in Information Technology from known TVET College, Accounting

• Work experience: Min 2 years production & any clerk work experience
