Ø  Appears at work place early, consults with the replacement staff and accepts the responsibility to run in the succeeding shift.

Ø  Makes sure that the filling machine is functioning properly

Ø  Ensure (Check) that the availability of sufficient inputs for the production  

Ø  Makes sure that the products daily produced are in accordance with the production capacity of the equipment.

Ø   Control the production process based on the current production and quality control procedures, work instruction and SOP.

Ø  Inspect the final product (goods) and take corrective measures if there is any non-conformity of product

Ø  Control or monitor wastage of packing material and end products

Ø  Control both quantity and quality of product based on the set of standard

Ø  Manage the employees under supervision of him or her

Ø  Assists in monitoring all operation.

Ø  Assists in monitoring packing component availability.

Ø  Reports to the immediate supervisory any problem that has been encountered.

Ø  Keeps the machine & its surrounding clean.

Ø   Maintenance and repair of machinery

Ø  Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected

Ø  Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order

Ø  Observe and follow company  safety  rules and regulations

Ø  Sometimes cover the duties of other operators ,especially during absenteeism

Ø  Undertakes additional activities when instructed by immediate supervisor                      

Job Requirements

TVET Level graduate in GMFA, IEMD, Machine & Drive Servicing, Industrial, or related fields from known TVET Colleges Or related field  BSC degree in science. Level I/II 6years, Level III/IV-5 years
