Job Description

Looking for a personal assistant  who is well rounded, talented and ready to implement and learn as a personal assistant to a start up.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Research: Conduct research on various topics, projects, or tasks as requested by client.

  • Perform basic to complex online Research using search engines, social media accounts, blogs etc as well as conduct market research on various assigned topics and tasks.

  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks and to-do lists to ensure that the employer's goals and objectives are met.

  • Contact assigned companies or  individuals to gain further information based on clients request and compline that data efficiently using excel and other formats as requested

  • Be familiar with social media accounts, create, update, maintain and monitor accounts

  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters.

Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection

Set up a fully functional Etsy store

Should be able to perform :

  • Upload fully SEO product listings with titles,  tags, and descriptions for each listed item

  • Keyword Research

  • Keyword Research also based on competitors

Product Listing

Create - A highly optimized listing includes accurate product descriptions, high-quality photos, and compelling titles relevant to the customers’ search queries.

Including be responsible for other Etsy related tasks

Background in graphic design is big plus

Job Requirement

Qualification and Requirement

  • Background in graphic design is big plus

  • Education: High school graduate with relevant experience or A bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

  • 0 to 5 Years

Computer skills: Proficiency in commonly used office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email clients, and calendar management tools are required. Familiarity with other specialized software or tools may also be beneficial.

Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for an administrative assistant, as you will be responsible for communicating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the organization.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to prioritize work assignments, to meet deadlines, and to exercise good, professional judgment.
