Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for registering and filing Letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials. Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor. Keeps custody of correspondent files, other confidential materials and petty cash, opens, sorts and routes incoming mail

Job Requirement

  • Educational Level and work Experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Administrative Service Management with two/four years related work experience.

Place of Work:   Head Office/Adama District
