Duties & Responsibilities:

• Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.

• Checks and counter signs tickets and negotiable instruments.

• Handles international money transfers like a Western Union.

• Ensures that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into the system properly.

• Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Qualification; Qualification:  BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields

• Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which one year as Customer Service Officer, Customer Relationship Officer, and Internal Controller, Digital Banking Officer or equivalent in banking industry

• Job Grade: IX

• Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory
