We invite qualified applicants for the position of Radio Frequency Engineer at one of our clients Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC.

The Radio Frequency Engineer is Responsible for

• Worked as an RF engineer and was responsible for wireless and mobile network optimization.

• Participate in network quality improvement, do the DT analysis of user experience of voice and data services,

• Output the issue root cause and optimization proposal, optimization adjustment, effect evaluation and summary, and conduct technical communication and report with the customer.

Job Requirements

Education and Major requirements

• BSc or above in Major Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering

Project Experience

• Be proficient in using Huawei Genex PHU/ Assitant, and be familiar with Huawei wireless devices and OSS platforms.

• Experience in Huawei projects is preferred.

• At least 3 years of RF network optimization experience

Skills or Certificate Requirements

• Be familiar with the DT, DT analysis, and key indicators of various service tests. Have good understanding of UMTS/LTE basic principles, handover algorithms, and key parameters. Knowledge of 5G is preferred.

• Be familiar with DT/CQT test methods and processes. Have a good command of foreground test and background analysis tools, such as Probe, Nemo, Assistant, and Actix.

• Have OSS operation capabilities and experience, such as Huawei U2020.

• Be able to analyze traffic statistics using the PRS.

Language Skill: -     

• English Language Proficiency is Mandatory
