v  Comply company health and safety requirements and procedures fully & wear PPE when required.

v  Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the organization.

v  Use knowledge of sanitation procedure to eliminate all possible source of infestation or unsanitary.

v  Conduct Daily Inspections on hygiene and sanitation conditions of all production, storage areas and compounds.

v  Develop, implement and conduct daily inspection and hygiene control of system every employees in the supplementary food, traditional food and Biscuit production facilities.

v  Visually Monitor all areas of plant operations, identify areas of concern and recommend necessary corrective actions.

v  Evaluate, Identify and report structural deficiencies in food operation system.

v  Manage and maintain cleaning and sanitation and documentation and records.

v  Develop and Implement an effective pest control system.

v  Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory laws.

v  Manage and maintain a satisfactory waste disposal system.

v  Prepare and review SOPs for cleaning and sanitation program.

v  Develop and review cleaning schedules and implement these along with other departments.

v  Coordinating with engineering department to implement preventive and corrective maintenance.

v  Provide leadership on GMP on factory floor and principles of 5S.

v  Ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities in maintaining a clean and sanitary food production environment.

v  Provide guidance and leadership on the sanitary design of the facility, equipment and grounds.

v  Collaborate with HR and make sure that employees having medical test on the scheduled program.

v  Participate in company environmental continuous improvement initiatives.

v  Maintain detailed record of inspection and observations data and prepare reports.

v  Must be able to work in any shift and weekends when required.

v  Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate line manager

Job Requirements

 Educational Background: BSc in Environmental science/health and related fields

Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience in the food manufacturing companies, Knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 is preferred
