Job Description

The HR Director is a strategic leader with responsibility for the development and execution of all HR programs and initiatives. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. The HR Director also plays a key role in ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, leads, and develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.

  • Provide strategic leadership on WebSprix’s people agenda across the organization including advising and guiding line managers on HR decisions and providing sustainable HR initiatives to create an effective rganization where employees are enabled to do their best work.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.

  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and conflict management.

  • Formulate and ensure implementation of leading practice strategies on Human Resource planning, Talent Acquisition and Development, Performance and Career management, Employee Relations, Reward and Compensation, Organizational Development and Change Management related initiatives.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.

  • Develop and deliver training and development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on all aspects of HR.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers.

  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Craft job descriptions that describe our benefits and company culture

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the ERM VP.

Job Requirements

Education

  • BA or master’s Degree in human resource management, leadership Business Administration and other related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years and above of related education out of which 2 years on a leadership Position.

Specialized

  • Knowledge Ability to use computer Applications

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

  • Knowledge of ERP System

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • The ability to create and update the organizational structure.

  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

  • Strong moral, ethics and judgment.

  • Coordinate employers branding activities.
