Job Description
Purpose:
The Key Accounts Specialist is required to ensure continuous growth of NTE/JTI brands over the distributors channel. The Candidate will be responsible for the regional Distributor/s related elements from annual volumes and marketing programs implementations to managing of distributor/s contractual agreements and trade marketing team development. The KAS will work very closely with the National Sales manager to ensure synergy and continuous alignment.
Sales & Distribution: Ensure that committed annual volumes as well as Numeric & Weighted Distribution objectives for the Distributors Channel are met or exceeded. Achieve monthly and annual volume targets per brand and per individual Distributor by preparing a proper sales plan and distribution plan to support the delivery of the assigned Channel volume.
Route to Market: Responsible for creating and implementing RTM strategies for the Distributor Sales Team (E.g., route planning, visit frequency optimization, strategic implementation, Shop in Shop implementation).
Work in close collaboration with National sales manager to ensure proper implementation of all sales plans, and activations within the Distributors Channel territory.
Responsible for maximizing efficiency behind Distributors’ Channel investment while maintaining growth momentum and ensuring all KPI’s and compliance’s as per contractual agreements are secured.
Reporting, Forecasting & Analysis: Responsible for generation of monthly and quarterly forecasts. Prepare sales and stock reports, analyze and interpret data collected from the Distributor Channel.
Directly managing the Distributor Sales Team in the Distributors Channel: Responsible for supporting the Distributor’s sales team by creating and developing of well-defined KPI’s and roadmaps for them.
Making a Difference and Seeking out new opportunities- Identity and exploit eventual potential sales opportunities in coordination with the Distributors Team and the line manager. Furthermore, prepare and submit efficient and effective route plan proposal for the geographic area which must be covered by the Distributor and Distributor’s team in the region.
Ensure proper handling of company assets such as vehicles, mobiles phones, laptops and other resources as per their respective handling procedure and used for the company intended purpose only.
Other:
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon line manager’s request.
Education:
University degree or equivalent in marketing, economics, business management or related specialization.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of related work experience in Sales and Marketing role in an FMCG’s environment.
