This position is responsible for conducting and ensuring all aspects of dispute and conflict and escalating dispute resolution with clients and third parties to senior management to act and maintain good relationships with the bank stakeholders.

Required Technical Competency

●     Handle customer disputes, perform the required investigation and respond to the customer on timely basis

●     Escalate enquiries on cardholder disputes received whether by phone or in person

●     Compile customer complaints and enquiries when escalated and channel feedback into process improvements.

●     Conduct and compile bank reconciliation statements

●     Escalate issues arising from transactions and operations.

●     Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes.

●     Compile and escalate disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity.

 Technical Competencies

●     Core Banking & Switch Reports

●     Different Applications such as.

●     Bank World /CR2/

●     Sparrow

●     Business Intelligence

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

·Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field

·At least 3 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent
