About the role
As a Business and Development Officer you will deliver the vision and strategic goal of Ripple Effect to lift people out of poverty by robust follow-up, support and monitoring of our project, Danni II, in the Wolayita zone of SNNPR. As a focal person, you will actively support project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation as well as actively engaging in increasing programme income in line with Ripple Effect funding targets.
About you
We are looking for someone with a BA or BSc in Business Administration/ Communications/ Nutrition, Agriculture, Social Development/ or related courses, strong experience in an NGOs environment in project oversight, fundraising, donor mapping and contact, knowledge, skills, and experience in project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting and effective representation and negotiation skills.
