POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales will be responsible for supporting the retailers on the field. He/she will work directly with the driver, Sales Supervisor and Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure all retailer issues are resolved as well as conducting frequent retailer visits in their routes. She/he will be charged with ensuring that retailers are also well trained.
Being loyal for company and its customers in sales, distribution and collection of the company activities.
Collaborate with company long-term vision on day-to-day sales and marketing activity and meet Sales and Marketing Department target.
Drive uptake of product distribution orders among customer.
Support customers in any process issue they might have with the product distribution.
Ensure that achieving daily/weekly and monthly sales targets given by supervisor.
Manages the relationship with the customer and ensures that customer/consumer loyalty is build and maintained to enhance retention and maintain records of customer claims.
Support team members on day-to-day basis;
Assuring the collection process is friendly with company policy and agreement made between customer and company
Meeting the target regarding the customer handling management given by the company management.
Prepares and submits daily/weekly sales reports to Sales Supervisor.
Undertakes other duties as assigned by the Sales Supervisor.
AUTHORITY (DECISION MAKING)
The Sales will operate under the instruction and guidance of the Sales Supervisor and Sales & Marketing Manager and is required to get approval for any decisions from the Sales Supervisor and Sales & Marketing Manager.
HIERACHY
The Sales is under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager and has to work within the parameter of the duties and responsibilities delegated from Sales and Marketing Manager.
REPORTS TO: Sales Supervisor
Duty station: Around Wollo sefer
Terms of Employment: Permanent

Education:
Degree in Sales and Marketing, Salesmanship, or any Business-related field
Experience:
0/2 years of relevant experience.

Basic Knowledge of Sales and Distribution

Working Days: Monday-Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00AM up to 5:00PM Monday-Friday
8:00AM-12:00AM Saturday
