Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BA in Hotel Management or related
4 years and above in a 4* or 5* hotel
Related Experience is Mandatory
Good working knowledge OPERA software
Good communication skills and computer literacy
Be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills
Supervise overall Hotel activities and all outlets.
Replace Night Manager if the need arise.
Monitor customer feedback and advice Front Office Management
Review, maintain and amends system and procedures of Front office Department
Handle and co-ordinate group reservation, bill settlement e.t.c.
