Job Description
Responsibilities
· Supervise Drivers, provide technical support and review their performances.
· Make sure the Vehicles arrived is in good condition and the driver is with valid driving license to provide the required transport service
· Develops and administers vehicle asset management processes from procurement to disposition.
· Establish and monitor purchasing, operational and replacement strategies and practices for most cost effective operation.
· Maintain a daily Vehicle availability & communicate while they are on duty
· Ensure that vehicles are checked daily and weekly, and that they are maintained timely.
· Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, inside and outside,
· Develop and implement training modules for vehicles and equipment use and care.
· Handle annual vehicle inspection and Insurance renewal for each Vehicles, and handle insurance cases in case of any accident or incidents
· Ensure unit compliance with all Federal, State & Local laws and regulations related to vehicle license renewal, insurance and related issues
Job Requirements
1. BA degree or above level, Management related education or professional background preferred;
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Fleet coordination and Experience as an auto mechanic a plus
3. Excellent English and local language in the responsible area communication skills both in verbal and written, Chinese language as a plus is preferred;
4. Good at Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
