Job Description
· Prepare monthly withholding tax reports and submit the same for settlement timely.
· Prepare monthly income tax reports and submit the same for settlement timely.
· Prepare VAT reimbursement request reports on monthly basis and submit the same to CDC and USAID.
· Maintain VAT reimbursement request ledger for both CDC and USAID grants.
· Maintain a copy of documents for each reimbursement requests made to CDC and USAID on a separate file.
· Handle VAT related queries timely and speedup the reimbursement process.
· Follow up VAT reimbursement requests and report the status on quarter basis.
· He/she will handle any other duties assigned from his/her immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and two years’ and above related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from partners and donors.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Explorer Internet software
