Job Description
Maintenance coordinators lead a team responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and facilities. They can work in commercial, industrial, or residential spaces, performing maintenance duties themselves, or contracting service providers. They also carry out preventative maintenance.
Required Number: 2
Workplace: Head Office
Employment Status: Head office will be permanent, project for the duration of the project.
Salary: Negotiable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team, and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
Job Requirements:
BSc in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
4/6 Years Relevant Work Experience &above
