Our hospital is looking for a skilled and experienced scrub nurse to join our team. As a scrub nurse, you will be responsible for assisting the surgeon and medical staff in the operating room or theater, ensuring the sterile field is maintained and instruments are properly passed during surgery

You will need to have a solid background in nursing, including knowledge of infection control and sterile technique, and be able to work under high-pressure situations

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication and teamwork skills, and is able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the sterile field in the operating room or theater

• Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during surgery

• Interpret the surgeon's instructions and make sure they are carried out correctly
  Coordinate with other members of the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgery

• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the operating room or theater

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterile technique

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under high-pressure circumstances

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing + training in operating room/theatre nursing

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a scrub nurse

• Training/experience in operating room/theatre nursing
