MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all plant and equipment assets. - Lead the transition from reactive to preventive and predictive maintenance practices. - Align maintenance activities with project schedules, operational demands, and corporate strategic goals.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Asset Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy aligned with corporate and project needs. - Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to plan capital asset purchases. - Implement tracking systems (GPS, RFID, IoT monitoring) for real-time visibility of asset usage and location. - Coordinate with the Plant & Equipment Maintenance Director to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are met.
