Job Description
The Senior Customer Service Officer/Customer Service Specialist is responsible for analysing and planning overall customer service excellence, developing and reviewing process review and implementing customer service process review initiatives.
Educational Qualification Required: BA Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics & Accounting or related field of study
Work Experience: 5 (five) of experience out of which at least 3 years should be on position of Claims or Under writing Officer II level
