Job Description

Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATION/SKILLES REQUIRED

  • Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial and Office Management or related fields

  • Minimum of 2 or 1 years of experience respectively.

  • Experience of Engineering or Construction Companies is more advantageous.

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

  • Good Time Management Culture Good Office Documents Management Knowledge both in Hard & Soft Copies,

  • Good Knowledge of Handling and Utilization of Office Equipments,

  • Good Knowledge of Computer Application Use especially familiar with Microsoft Basic Applications, and having further technological skill related to the field,

  • Having good knowledge of E-mail Management,
