Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Computer or related fields.
Experience:Four years proven and relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.
Knowledge & Skill
Excellent communication skill and personality.
Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.
Excellent office management & organizing skill.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
