The Intern  Graphics Designer/Video Editor is responsible for creating and executing graphic design projects for a variety of marketing materials, including websites, brochures, flyers, and social media posts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and software applications, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Upon successful completion of the internship period and mutual agreement between ZERGAW CLOUD and the internee, the internship may be transitioned into a permanent employment opportunity. 

Responsibilities

• Create and execute graphic design projects for a variety of marketing materials;

• Work on Video and motion graphics for various media outlets;

• Work with clients to gather requirements and create design concepts;

• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Premier pro etc.) to create designs;

• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure that designs are consistent with the company's branding;

• Meet deadlines and budget requirements;

• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications  

• Certificate, diploma or degree in a field covering graphics design 

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design 

• Strong understanding of design principles and software applications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design

• Graphic design certification is a plus

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro is mandatory;

• Good interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and work prioritization skills;

• Proficiency in MS Offices (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

• Flexible candidates with additional experience in (or an interest to learn) social media content management are highly encouraged. 

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of various digital marketing and analytics tools, ERP/CRM systems, content management systems;

• Professional certifications and prior experience in content development for media post

• Proven skills in tasks prioritization and organization.
