This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that Interest Free Banking products and services are rendered in line with the policy and procedure of the Bank, customers’ expectation, and market developments, develop and implement overall business activities of Interest Free Banking and designing and redesigning of the Interest Free Banking Division.

Required Technical Competency

● Develop strategy and work plan for the department in line with the strategic objective of the bank.

● Ensure proper functionality of financing and strict financing follow-up system.

● Follow up the activities of the Interest Free Banking department and ensure authorities and responsibilities are properly discharged.

● Guide and coordinate the operation of Interest Free Banking Services; Interest Free Banking operation; and Interest Free Banking Finance business.

● Develop and review policies and procedures of Interest Free Banking (IFB) operations.

● Oversee the operation of the IFB services of all units and branches of the Bank.

● Develop and spearhead implementation of the business plan of the IFB services.

● Support branches and district offices in implementing their respective IFB duties.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

·Masters'/MBA/M.Sc. /Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

·At least 6/8 years relevant experience with 3 years as division Manager or equivalent
