• Performs emergency and routine repairs of wooden, plastic, fiberglass materials using hand and tools.

• Perform a variety of minor installation and maintenance work.

• Performs preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, plumbing, an electrical fixtures and systems.

• Cuts and replaces glass in windows and doors

• Maintenance of telephone line, electric, water, sewerage system, cash counting machine and etc.

• Installation of telephone and electric lines for new branch

• In house & out sourcing machine, Generator maintenance, office machine preventive maintenance

• Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Qualification

   • Diploma/Level IV/10+3 or 12+2 in General Mechanics, Electricity or related fields.

   Experience

   •  1 years of relevant experience.
