Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT officer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network and computer systems, as well as providing technical support to our staff and clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
Proficiency in Cisco OS commands, switch and router configuration, network cable , preparation, IP address calculation, and connectivity troubleshooting
Ability to install cable trunks, drill holes, and organize cables neatly and safely
Experience in formatting drives and partitions, installing Windows OS 10, recovering lost data, repairing boot partitions, and connecting printers, projectors, and other peripherals
Knowledge of software installation and updates
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to assist teachers and office personnel via mail and ticket support system
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace
A positive attitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn new technologies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Experience:
At least two years of experience in network and PC troubleshooting
