Position - Bond Staff
Role Context
Ensure all held shipments are scanned into Bond and given a location as per DHL and Customs requirements. To accurately process all Held shipments to ensure their clearance and release in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the correct procedure is followed for
Scanning Shipments into bonds.
Inventory Bond Scan.
Scanning Out of Bond.
Cleared in Bond Report.
Bond Reconciliation Report
Part Landed/ Short Landed/ Surplus Shipments.
Multipiece shipments
High Value/ Sensitive shipments
Exception Shipments
Minimum Requirements
Education and experience
Degree in any field
Computer literate
Driving License
