Position - Bond Staff

Role Context

Ensure all held shipments are scanned into Bond and given a location as per DHL and Customs requirements. To accurately process all Held shipments to ensure their clearance and release in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the correct procedure is followed for

•  Scanning Shipments into bonds.

•  Inventory Bond Scan.

• Scanning Out of Bond.

• Cleared in Bond Report.

• Bond Reconciliation Report

• Part Landed/ Short Landed/ Surplus Shipments.

• Multipiece shipments

• High Value/ Sensitive shipments

• Exception Shipments

Minimum Requirements

Education and experience

• Degree in any field

• Computer literate

• Driving License
