Mobile technicians are skilled professionals who identify and repair issues related to mobile technology, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. As certified mobile technicians, they are required to provide troubleshooting and support to resolve the mobile operating issues of customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose the cellphones and other apple consumer products such as accessories, and computers.

• Repair or replace consumer cell phones and smartphones, that are covered under warranty.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Mobile Maintenance

• Good knowledge of smartphone technology.
