Evaluating and predicting production trends in order to help a company to get productivity maximizing strategies. Compiling and analyzing plant operation related data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights.

Able to analyze large amounts of data, by classifying them using different time frames

Major Role and responsibility

Data management:-

• Timely SAP execution of raw material Request, raw material usage & product posting, product transfer and other SAP authorized responsibilities.

• Ensured the quantity of products that transferred physically and on SAP are reconciled.

• Conduct Root cause analysis on when there is difference between actual and SAP and adjust it on time.

• Compiling, analyzing and reporting production data.

•  Preparing production report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

• Providing actionable insights to maximize the productivity

• · Develops methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.

• · Record and analyze HR, SC, Commercial, Maintenance and Quality related data

Report

• Insure timely sharing of Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.

• Report of review of workers performance.

• Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly review of performance and input to the S&OP process.

• And other requested reports by immediate supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Level III Certificate/Diploma in Business related field of study  With Minimum 2 years’ experience as Invoice Clerk
