Job Description
Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Maintain proper Records and Files
Effects periodical payments on time.
prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Documents.
Carries out other duties as assigned.
Qualification; MBA/MA/BA/MSc/BSc degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance, Business Leadership marketing management, or related fields
Work Experience: 4/5 years’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which 1 year as, Manager, Customer Service Management I, and Manager, Banking Operation Management or equivalent in bank industry.
Job Grade : XI
Work place: Dire Dawa and North Finfinne, West Finfinne, and Hawasa Districts
