Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

  • Maintain proper Records and Files

  • Effects periodical payments on time.

  • prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Documents.

  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification; MBA/MA/BA/MSc/BSc degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance, Business Leadership marketing management, or related fields

  • Work Experience: 4/5 years’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which 1 year as, Manager, Customer Service Management I, and Manager, Banking Operation Management or equivalent in bank industry.

  • Job Grade : XI

Work place: Dire Dawa and North Finfinne, West Finfinne, and Hawasa Districts
