Doctorate (PhD) in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a project leadership or executive support role Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking the execution of the company’s strategic goals and project portfolios. - Participate in executive decision-making and provide analytical input on complex project and business issues. - Oversee high-priority construction and infrastructure projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring they align with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. - Act as a liaison between the CEO and project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project cohesion and progress. - Implement and refine project management frameworks and tools that align with PMI/Agile/Lean Construction principles. - Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings as needed, including with clients, regulators, suppliers
