We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Female Personal Assistant with a knowledge of Digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing office operations and providing administrative support to manage social media with SEO,Social media Algorithm knowledge, good communication skill.
Manage all aspects of office operations, including scheduling, travel, and expense reporting
Provide administrative support to employees and office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing appointments for the manager.
Communicate with employees on behalf of the manager
Coordinate and manage team projects
Oversee office supplies and equipment
Perform other administrative duties as needed
1+ years of experience in an administrative ,marketing or office management role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
