Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Female Personal Assistant with a knowledge of  Digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing office operations and providing administrative support to manage social media with SEO,Social media Algorithm knowledge, good communication skill.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of office operations, including scheduling, travel, and expense reporting

  • Provide administrative support to employees and office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing appointments for the manager.

  • Communicate with employees on behalf of the manager

  • Coordinate and manage team projects

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative ,marketing or office management role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in  google products
