Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, under the direct supervision of the Deputy CEO Corporate Support Services Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Six (6) years relevant / proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the industry.
· Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
· Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Excellent interpersonal skill, brand positioning skills
· Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
· Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics & computer Knowledge.
· The local market knowledge.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
